Reflection
My background and training as a classroom teacher and instructional technology coach as well as Masters coursework made this area a strength for me. The curriculum class through MSUM with regards to evaluating and creating curriculum has been eye opening. I will be implementing this process as an administrator as part of the curriculum review process. I also grew considerable in my understanding of supporting students with special needs through the special services seminar, and the considerable time during my practicums spent with both elementary and high special education teams. This will continue to be an important area of growth for me as full intend to embrace the role of lead learner as an administrator.
