Reflection
This is an area I have considerable experience and training as documented below. My masters degree is in Educational Leadership and I have served in numerous leadership capacities including elementary and high school leadership teams, district leadership team, science department chair, technology committee chair. I also have lead school and district wide staff development and technology initiatives like the development of the elementary technology program, Warrior Showcase, Hour of Code, Innovation Week, and device refreshes. My practicums also allowed me to deep my understanding of leadership through my work on the Deer River High School remodel project, the Appendix C committee, IASC Technology Integration PLN, the ICTV strategic planning process, conversations with educational leaders in the district and beyond, and numerous informal leadership opportunities.
