Reflection
This is an area of continued growth for me. My experience with science, logical thinking, innovation, and systems thinking help me with
problem solving, adaptability, and conceptual flexibility. I continue to work on developing listening skills to better understand the problems people are describing and to decipher what is being shared so I can make decisions in the best interests of students and the school district.
