Reflection
This a growth area for me. I recognize policy and law determine and impact much of the work superintendents and principals do. I feel like I can recognize situations that may require application of policy and law but do not yet know the particular applicable policies or laws. Many of these situations will require I seek support from other school administrators and/or legal counsel. I recognize this will be an ongoing area of growth for me as law and policy change, and as I encounter situations requiring the application of educational law and policy.
