Reflection
I am fortunate to work in a district that focuses on research and data driven instructional practices. This area is a strength as I have an extensive background in using data for instructional decision making as well as assessment strategies to gather data on what students know and can do. I have presented to multiple groups in multiple settings on digital tools for formative assessment. Areas of growth for me have been around special services for students and curriculum best practices.
